Prepare a signature from a phone photo

Turn a clear photograph of your own signature into an upload attachment.

Open Photo & signature

Capture a usable original

Sign on clean, light paper with the pen colour the application permits. Put the paper on a flat surface and photograph it straight on in even light. Keep fingers and shadows away from the strokes. A clear source is more useful than aggressive sharpening later.

Prepare the attachment

Choose Photo & signature and load the image. Use the crop controls to remove unrelated surroundings, then try Trim white space around a signature. Enter the portal's required dimensions and KB range. Use Fit inside if the whole signature needs to remain visible.

Inspect the strokes

Check the start and end of the signature, dots and thin lines at a larger preview size. Background cleanup can make faint strokes less visible, so compare against the original. If something disappears, reduce the adjustment or retake the photograph.

Keep its meaning intact

Do not redraw, invent or use AI to replace signature details. Save a separate prepared copy and confirm that the portal shows it correctly after upload.
