Before you upload

A final checklist for application attachments.

• Read the latest instructions on the actual application portal.
• Match file format, maximum size and required image dimensions.
• Check that the face and signature are not cut off or altered.
• Zoom in and read small text on every document page.
• Check that all pages are present and in the correct order.
• Confirm that the file name is clear and the file opens after download.
• Keep your original files, especially digitally signed PDFs.
• Upload on the official application website and verify its confirmation.

A green size check only confirms the requirements you entered. It does not mean the application has accepted the document.
