What local browser processing means for your files
Understand the difference between processing documents and loading website assets.
Selected files stay in the browser
In this FormFile version, selected photos, signatures and PDFs are processed locally rather than sent to a document-processing server. There is no account-based file archive. The working files are held in the open tab's memory.
The website still makes requests
Your browser loads pages, scripts and other assets from the hosting service. Optional AI enhancement loads model files before processing. Hosting requests can reveal ordinary connection information to the hosting provider; that is different from uploading your selected document contents.
Manage the local copies
Download finished work before closing or refreshing the tab. Clearing the workspace or ending the session does not delete files already downloaded onto your device. On a shared computer, manage those local downloads yourself.
Read the current policy
This version has no active advertising or analytics scripts. Any later integration can change website data handling and requires a matching policy update. Check the Privacy and File handling pages before processing sensitive files, and never email passwords for troubleshooting.
