Application uploads

A final attachment checklist before submitting a form

Review the downloaded files, then confirm the official portal accepted them.

Open Prepare a complete form

Match each field to its file

Use the current application instructions to check output format, required dimensions, byte range and page count. A photo and a signature may need different settings. Confirm that each field receives the intended attachment rather than a similarly named old copy.

Review the visible content

Open the downloaded image or PDF. Check facial framing, signature edges, small document numbers, all required pages and orientation. Look for damage caused by cropping, cleanup or compression. Keep the original sources, especially digitally signed PDFs.

Check how the portal displays it

After upload, use the portal's preview where available. A successful local size check does not prove the receiving system accepted the file. Read any warning and verify that the preview shows the correct attachment.

Finish the actual application

FormFile prepares files; it does not submit official forms or issue application confirmations. Complete the remaining steps on the official website and retain its confirmation or receipt. Only then decide which temporary local copies you no longer need.
