Application uploads
Use the ZIP download without uploading the wrong file
Keep multiple prepared attachments together, then upload the individual files required.
What the ZIP is for
A ZIP bundles several downloaded outputs into one convenient file. It can help you keep the photo, signature and documents from the same preparation session together. It does not change the formats of the files inside.
Review before bundling
Check each prepared result's size and quality first. An attachment marked outside its target does not become compliant when included in a ZIP. A checklist in the download helps with review but does not certify acceptance by a portal.
Extract for separate fields
If the application asks for a JPG photo and a PDF certificate, extract those files from the ZIP and upload each to its appropriate field. Do not upload the ZIP unless ZIP is explicitly an accepted format.
Keep names easy to recognize
Give attachments meaningful names before downloading. After extraction, open the actual files from the saved folder rather than an old copy elsewhere on your device. Keep the original sources until the form submission is confirmed.
