PDF creation & layouts
Combine document photos into one PDF in the right order
Create a multi-page PDF where each source image gets its own page.
Choose the correct layout tool
Images to PDF creates separate pages for the chosen images. Use it for a certificate or marksheet with several photographed pages. If you need several images on a single sheet, use Multiple images, one page instead.
Arrange before processing
Select your images and check their order in the file list. Move them with the available controls until page one comes first, followed by the remaining pages. Choose the sheet orientation and margins that suit the source, then enter a target file size if needed.
Review the created document
Preview the PDF page by page. Check that no page is missing, upside down or unexpectedly small. Wide margins around an image can make small text difficult to read even when the source photo is sharp.
Save the final attachment
Download the PDF and open the saved file. Check the total byte count against the portal's limit. Keep the original images until submission succeeds, especially if you may need to improve a page and recreate the document.
