PDF creation & layouts

Arrange three images on a single sheet

Use a three-image layout without creating a three-page PDF.

Open Multiple images, one page

Choose which image needs more space

Three source images rarely have identical proportions. FormFile includes a layout with one larger image and two smaller images. Put the image that needs more space first in the input order. A regular grid is another option when equal treatment suits the content.

Prepare the arrangement

Select three files in Multiple images, one page. Reorder the list, select the layout and choose portrait or landscape. Set a sensible gap so image edges do not visually run together. Export as PDF, JPEG or PNG according to the receiving requirement.

Check the smaller panels

Text in the two smaller panels may become difficult to read. Preview page numbers, signatures and fine print, not only the overall arrangement. A larger sheet may help for printing but may not solve a portal's screen-size restriction.

Keep the task in mind

A single page is convenient for visual references. For official documents that require separate pages or full-size scans, follow that rule and create a multi-page PDF instead.
