PDF creation & layouts
Put two images on one PDF page
Arrange a pair of images side by side or one above the other.
Open Multiple images, one page
Decide how the pair should read
Two tall images often work side by side on a landscape sheet. Two wide images may fit better one above the other on a portrait sheet. The best arrangement is the one that keeps important detail readable at the intended viewing size.
Set up the sheet
Open Multiple images, one page and select two images. Choose a horizontal or vertical layout, set the sheet orientation, and adjust margin and gap. Select PDF for a document page, or JPEG/PNG when the receiving system wants one image.
Look at the scale
Each source must share the available page area. Putting two dense certificates on one sheet can make their text too small. If the application expects separate pages, use Images to PDF instead of forcing a single-sheet layout.
Finish carefully
Preview both images, including all corners and labels. Enter the upload size limit if one applies, then check the actual output. Keep the layout only when the destination accepts combined images on one page.
