Application uploads
Find and check your prepared attachments after downloading
Avoid uploading an older file with a similar name.
Start with the browser download list
Your browser normally records downloaded files and may offer a way to open their location. The exact folder depends on the device and browser settings. Look for the filename you chose and the time you downloaded it.
Distinguish repeated attempts
When a file with the same name already exists, a browser may add a number or use another naming convention. This can leave several almost identical copies. Open the intended result and check its content and size rather than guessing from the name alone.
Keep one submission folder
Move the reviewed photo, signature and documents into a clearly named folder on your own device. If you used ZIP download, extract the individual attachments first. Do not assume that a preview still open in FormFile means a local download succeeded.
Verify outside the tool
Open each saved file in an appropriate viewer. Confirm that a PDF has all pages and that an image shows the full face or signature. Upload these reviewed copies, keeping the original source files separately.
