Reorder PDF pages using page numbers

Move the required pages into a new sequence without uploading them individually.

Open Organize PDF pages

Write the intended sequence

If a three-page PDF is in the wrong order, first identify each page in the original. To place page three first, then page one and page two, the sequence is 3,1,2. The numbers always refer to the original file's page positions.

Apply the order

Open Organize PDF pages, choose the document and enter the sequence. Process a copy, then preview it from beginning to end. Omitting a page from the selection leaves it out of the output, so include every page you need.

Keep ordering and rotation distinct

Reordering changes where a page appears; rotation changes its orientation. Do not use rotation to try to move a page. If only a particular page needs a different operation, work on a separate copy and inspect the resulting document carefully.

Save only after checking

Confirm that continuation text follows correctly and that no required back page disappeared. Preserve the original PDF, especially if it contains signatures or document-level features that may not survive reconstruction.
