PDF editing & conversion
Extract only the PDF pages your application asks for
Create a smaller document by selecting required pages rather than deleting blindly.
Match the request to page positions
Read which pages the application needs. Then count their positions in your PDF viewer. The printed page number may not match the file's position when a cover or introductory sheet is present.
Enter the selection
Open Split & extract PDF and choose the source. Enter a range such as 2-4 or a list such as 2,4,6. Leave separate output disabled if you need one PDF containing the selected pages. Inspect the output order before downloading.
Keep enough context
A certificate's back page, continuation sheet or issuing details may be necessary even if the front page contains the main result. Do not exclude those parts unless the receiving instructions allow it. Keep the original complete document.
Verify the extracted copy
Check page count, orientation and readability. Extracting pages changes the PDF, so do not assume the result retains digital-signature validity or every document-level feature. If the portal requires the original signed file, use that original rather than a page selection.
